Technical assistance in the establishment of a baseline of employment in Rwanda's export-oriented agricultural value chain

The global objective is to Support the Government of Rwanda in its efforts to increase the contribution of export oriented agricultural value chains to the country's poverty reduction, economic and export growth targets Activities: Analyzing and estimating the distribution of employment within and between various levels of Rwanda's traditional export-oriented agricultural value chains. Analyzing and estimating the distribution of employment within and between various levels of Rwanda's non-traditional export-oriented agricultural value chains Analyzing the dynamics of employment within and along the above mentioned value chains and inclusion of women, youth, poor and disadvantaged groups Analyzing the potential impact of different value chain governance and value chain upgrading strategies on the employment distribution of Rwanda's export-oriented agricultural value chains.
