Conduct of two (02) studies on the capacity assessment of the Planning and Statistics Unit of the Rural Development Sector (CPS/SDR) of Mali and the Mali Rice Interprofessional Organization and the development of capacity building plans for them

The objectives concern the completion of the following two studies: Study 1: Development, based on an in-depth diagnostic assessment, of an action plan for the development of the institutional capacities of the CPS/SDR; Study 2: Development, based on an in-depth diagnostic assessment, of an action plan for strengthening the technical and organisational capacities of the Rice Interprofessional Organisation of Mali. The outputs: An inception report, Aide-memoire, Draft reports, Workshop for the presentation of draft reports, Final reports.
