Evaluation of WB-EU "Health, HIV, TB in Swaziland project"

The global objective of the assignment is to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the WB-EU "Health, HIV and TB project Swaziland" in order to verify that the activities and results of the project are in line with those outlined in the Financing Agreement, Administrative Agreement and other project documents. Activities: Strengthening the health system. Facility level support to improve access to and quality and efficiency of health services in Swaziland, with a particular focus on primary health care, obstetric and neonatal health and tuberculosis. Increasing social safety net access for orphans and vulnerable children Results: Orientation and assignment Plan at the end of the first week in Swaziland. Review of documents of the WB-EU "Health, HIV and TB project Swaziland", and main comments on strengths and shortcomings at the end of the second week in Swaziland. Debriefing to the EU and WB team at the end of the evaluation mission. Provisional Final Report at the end of the evaluation mission. Final report three weeks after completion of the evaluation mission.
