Preparation of supply tender dossiers for Serbian Ministry of Interior (MUP)

The overall objective of this assignment is to support Serbia's commitment in meeting EU standards in the field of safety and security through implementation of Action Plan on Chapter 24 and Chapter 23. Activities: The activities consist of four tasks: Task 1: Assessments. Task 2: Drafting of Technical Specifications and preparation of the tender dossiers. Task 3: Technical inputs during tender clarification phase and evaluation. Task 4: Technical assistance at the stage of provisional acceptances. The outputs: Task 1: Assessments Finalised assessment report for strengthening capacities within Home Affairs Sector for the fight against organized crime for implementation of: Intelligence Led Policing, National Criminal Intelligence System and Strengthening international police cooperation Finalised assessment of the current Security situation of the Directorate for International Operational Police Cooperation and report with proposed solution for the installation of technical protection. Finalised assessment report of the audio/video and IT equipment for strengthening capacity of Internal Control Unit to fight against corruption within the police. Task 2: Drafting of Technical Specifications and preparation of the tender dossiers Finalised technical specifications of IT equipment with Lots identified and completed/compiled. Conducted market research. Budget estimate for supply contract finalised. Compiled and completed tender dossier rules for the supply contracts in line with PRAG. Task 3: Technical inputs during tender clarification phase and evaluation Provided technical inputs, as required during the clarification phase, and compiled and approved observer's technical report regarding technical compliance of supply offers as a result of the tender evaluation Task 4: Technical assistance at the stage of provisional acceptances Prepared and approved provisional acceptance check lists of the delivered supply conducted with adequate reports on findings by the Contractor and PAC.
