Final and prospective evaluation of the Private Sector Development Support Program (PSDSP)

Objectives: The main objectives of the evaluation are to present to the relevant external cooperation services of the European Union, the partner government, the beneficiaries of the PSDSP and, where appropriate, the general public: An overall assessment of the results of the PSDSP intervention An assessment of the impact of the non implementation of component 2 of the PSDSP on facilitating access to finance for SMEs / SMIs; The main lessons of the intervention and recommendations to improve the impact of PSDSP achievements and complementarity with future actions under the 11th EDF NIP.
