Provision of expertise on Gender mainstreaming for the EU's Partnership Instrument (PI)

Objectives: The objective of the 'PI Gender Facility' is to enhance EU PI projects effectiveness by mainstreaming and addressing gender in project design and implementation, including monitoring and evaluation. The specific objective of this assignment is to provide PI staff at Headquarters and EU Delegations/Regional Teams with training, guidance notes and technical assistance on practical ways to mainstream gender in project design and implementation. Outputs: In particular, the Consultants implemented the following activities: 10 gender-mainstreaming thematic guidance notes (one to four pages each) Three (3) one-day gender-mainstreaming trainings, PowerPoint presentations and required supporting training material 16 coaching sessions
