Final Evaluation of the Program to Support the Improvement of the Competitiveness of the Cameroonian Economy (PACOM)

Objectives:

The main objective of the evaluation is to present a global judgment on how the project may or may not have contributed to the progress of the private sector.

The specific objectives are to make an evaluation of each of the three components implemented through the program and grant contracts specifications.

The three components are the following:

Component 1: Competitive upgrade and capacity building

Component 2: Management Development of Certification and Quality Systems

Component 3: Improving the competitive environment and private public dialogue
