IT systems monitoring of the project "Support for migration management in Ukraine"

The contract shall help ensuring that the 27,2 ME 'Support for Migration Management' project will have impact and that an Integrated Migration Management Information System (IMMIS) will have been designed, installed, and implemented before the end of the project time. Specific objective of the project is to provide hands-on monitoring of the implementation of an Integrated Migration Management Information System (IMMIS) in Ukraine from 2016-20, and corresponding reports and project management support to help the Delegation of European Commission in Kiev ensure that the Ukrainian State Migration Service (SMS), State Border Guard Service (SBGS), National Police (NPU) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) ,consular services, will have a quality delivery in place by the end of the project. Primary areas of concern include: Supply and integration of IT systems and equipment Business Process Analysis recommendations implementation Migration related legal and policy frameworks in Ukraine HR and training development actions in SMS Quality assurance of overall planning and execution by EU's contractor UN family agency IOM. This project is the continuation of an IMMIS monitoring mission done between mid-2017 to mid-2019.
