The overall objective of the mission is to assess the impact of the implementation of the EITI in Mali.

The specific objectives of the mission are to carry out the evaluation:

The impact, implementation and structure of the EITI in Mali, while making recommendations on improvements and;

The benefits that the Republic of Mali derives from its accession as a compliant country, and the challenges it will have to overcome to achieve satisfactory progress
