Technical assistance to strengthen capacities of Ministries, Departments, Agencies and Local Governments for the web-based M&E of Uganda's 3rd National Development Plan

Assignment objectives The overall objective of the assignment is to contribute to the accuracy, validity, reliability, completeness, precision, timeliness, transparency and accessibility of data relating to the implementation of Uganda's third National Development Plan (NDPIII). Activities: Enable ministries, departments, agencies and local governments to effectively use the online monitoring & evaluation system for the NDPIII. Ensure the availability and accessibility of training opportunities for administrators and users of the online monitoring & evaluation system. Improve data quality and data quality control mechanisms within the online monitoring & evaluation system. Ensure the consolidation of functionalities of the online monitoring & evaluation system.
