The overall objective of this project is to support Nigerien authorities and stakeholders in strengthening the operationality and improving the conditions of access to public services in terms of the development and management of information systems in the food security, nutrition and sustainable agricultural development sector. The specific objective of this assignment is to support, under the coordination of the HC3N, the ministries in charge of Agriculture and Livestock, Environment and Sustainable Development, and Water and Sanitation in their mandates for the development and management of sustainable computerized information management systems for, respectively, rural land tenure, restored/rehabilitated lands, and water resources for agro-sylvo-pastoral and fisheries production. For each of the three areas, an initial assessment of the current situation of the information systems will be produced, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the current system, as well as improvement scenarios. These scenarios will be refined with a view to their operationalization in a second phase.
